We spent the day riding the buses and trains in Auckland to do the Historic Auckland House and Garden Tour.  That was definitely a learning experience in itself trying to decide which side of the road to stand on and which direction are the buses going since the flow of traffic is opposite of North America.  We did eventually manage to get to our destinations but it took most of the day.

Some of the interesting encounters in our travels, we decided not to eat there!

We didn't know that Corney was related to the jewellers in NZ.

Leaving Vanuatu

Having farewell lunch with our Chinese friends, Sam and Jane, Grandpa and baby Joshua.  Sam and Jane are pastoring the Chinese Church in Port Vila and lived in the flat above ours.

The national employees had a farewell for us

Corney worked with Edwin.  Edwin is picture here with his wife, Janet, and their two boys.

Corney also worked with Loui.  Monique also works for the organization cleaning flats.  Esther got to work with her some.  Monique and Loui are pictured here with their twin boys.
